【1963】
- Katsuya Yamamoto established the Sanyo Alloy Research Institute in Koro, Himeji City Hyogo, and began manufacturing and selling cemented carbides.

【1966】
- Reorganized Sanyo Alloy Research Institute and incorporated as Sanyo Alloy Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.
- Started use of SAN ALLOY for product brand name taken from company name of Sanyo Alloy.

- Changed company name to Sanalloy Industry Co.,Ltd.

- Opened Tokyo Sales Office.

- Opened Nagoya Sales Office.

【1980】
- Newly built headquarters plant in order to increase production capacity.

- Introduced HIP (Hot Isostatic Press).

- Opened Kyushu Sales Office.

- Relocated entire headquarters to Fukusaki-cho, Kanzaki-gun, Hyogo (Fukusaki Industrial Park) in order to expand business.

- Opened Malaysia representative office in George Town, Penang.

- Established SANALLOY INDUSTRY (THAILAND) CO.,LTD. in Ayutthaya, Thailand (Rojana Industrial Park) to start production and sales of cemented carbides in Southeast Asia.

- Developed and commercialized P Series, low-friction cemented carbides.

- Opened Yokohama Sales Office.
- Incorporated Malaysia representative office and established SANALLOY INDUSTRY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
- Started recycle of cemented carbides.

- Opened Kanto Sales Office.
- Established new plant in Rayong (Amata City Industrial Estate) due to flood-ravaged SANALLOY INDUSTRY (THAILAND) CO.,LTD. (Ayutthaya).

- Relocated Kyushu Sales Office.

- Established SANALLOY (SHANGHAI) TRADING CO., LTD.

- Developed and commercialized MBN alloy, corrosion and wear-resistant alloy.

- Began operating second plant.
- Merged and relocated Kanto Sales Office and Yokohama Sales Office, and opened East Japan Sales Office.
